Sushi Making

This Thursday was the final exam for my Foods + Nutrition class at school, so my group and I made the most delicious sushi rolls - it was delicious

my first post since I don't know when

I don't remember the last time I posted a new blog post, so here goes:

Outside my window... it's dark and cold

I am thinking... about how long it's been since I even visited my own blog

I am thankful for... slippers - that I should probably put on, since my toes are freezing

From the kitchen... we had meatloaf and potatoes for supper. mm, tasty comfort food!

I am wearing... a shirt I bought for christmas eve. I rather like it, I find it quite flattering, if I do say so myself!

I am creating... a lot of carbon dioxide using the oxygen that I subconsciously draw into my lungs. (wow, that sounds scientific!)

I am going... to go watch tv soon. I rather enjoy Top Gear!

I am reading... Breaking Dawn. Again. I don't understand my obsession with rereading her new experiences as a vampire!

I am hearing... my older brother and my dad playing Wii Golf in the next room.

Around the house... there is clutter, but there is comfort. I'm ok with the clutter as long as I'm comfortable

One of my favorite things... my friends. They kind of make my life ridiculously awesome!

A few plans for the rest of the week:

- sleeping

- not bothering to study for my math final next week

- probably cleaning my room

- begging my mother that I can have a friend she's never met stay a night next week - she's super nice, so there's probably not a problem... probably.

My mosiac

I found this cool website with instuctions for creating a personality mosiac, but with me being rather silly, I forgot to add the link to it. iRoll....

To make a mosiac, you have a set of questions (which I'll post below it), search on Flickr for your answer, and pick a photo to use for it.

Hippie? I don't think so

Ok, just because I like bright, happy colours and abstract shapes and patterns, and lava lamps, and happen to have long hair does NOT make me a hippie. Now my sibs are calling me one even though I HATE baggy shirts and headbands. Hippies also creep me out. Gosh!

My first post - and iPod trouble

Yay! This is my first Blog on Blogger™... lol

Unfortuantely, though, my iPod isn't working, which sucks. I fell in the mud with it in my back pocket, and now it's whining at me with the sick iPod icon... bleh.

so, yeah. I like blue, chocolate, abstract art... and my Science class is awesome.
